There’s a mobile app so you can manage these communications and tasks on the go. I don’t favour this approach as I’d be on my phone all the time, but many people like to be able to connect with their customers when they are out of the office.

You can build online courses, memberships, trainings and group programmes within High Level,. The builder is lovely and easy to use and the great thing is that you can duplicate styles so you save yourself time and create a branded look for your digital offers.
Managing Customer Journey
The platform helps you track where each potential customer is in your sales process.
Business Insights
It provides a clear view of your customer interactions and business earnings, helping you make informed decisions.
Repeat Business and Reviews
The reputation management inside GHL is fantastic, along with the review widget that you can set up to automatically collect reviews!
What I like about High Level

What I don’t like about High Level
While High Level has many strengths, and I love it, there are a few areas where it could do better:
- Some of the website templates aren’t fully developed. You might find pages missing, which means you’ll have to create them yourself.
- There aren’t many templates for online digital businesses. Most are for brick-and-mortar businesses. I’m currently working on creating more digital business templates, so watch this space!
- Setting up High Level by yourself can be daunting at first. It’s best to take it slow and work in short bursts.
- There are limited font choices. If you want to use fonts that aren’t in High Level’s library, you’ll need to do some custom coding.
These points are worth considering, especially if you’re looking for specific template designs or easy setup options.
Easy Peasy Funnels is a version of Go High Level that bucks the trend on these points above. Danny has provided some amazing, fully finished templates, for different types of businesses and has added many more tools to the platform, which IMO makes it a better deal than GHL
Go High Level Features
There’s so many, so forgive me if I miss any!
1. Landing Pages and Websites: Easily create web pages, sales pages and sites to showcase your business.I love using the builder and especially the duplication function. I like to save copies of my pages as templates so I save time.
2. Email and Text Messaging: GHL features a full email marketing CRM. It needs time to warm up but is super easy once you know how to use it. I especially like the automations!
3. Full CRM: Manage customer interactions, leads, and data. I’m still exploring this to be honest!
4. Personalized Customer Journeys: Customize experiences for each customer.
5. Scheduling calendar for meetings, discovery calls.
6. Sales Funnels: Automate your sales process effectively.
Go High Level pricing – Is Go High Level worth the price?
Go High Level offers three main plans tailored to different business stages:

2. The Unlimited Plan is for growing businesses, this plan includes enhanced phone and email tools. It works out at $297 a month.
3. Agency Pro Plan. This is the most comprehensive package, perfect for agencies needing advanced tools and the ability to resell services and remove High Level’s branding. $497 a month. Agency Pro isn’t always visible on the website.

For beginners, the cost is significantly lower compared to assembling a separate tech stack, which can range between $100-1000. This affordability is a major advantage, especially when you’re just starting out and need to manage expenses carefully.

Go HighLevel can be a bit challenging to learn at first, especially for beginners. Even as a developer, I had to get my head around how different it was compared to WordPress.
Once you get used to it, it becomes easier to use. I recommend starting off with short sessions while you’re learning the platform as with anything, it requires more energy to fully concentrate. Keep going and you’ll be great in no time!

For new business owners, I recommend you have some knowledge of how to use GHL, so when you do outsource to a developer or VA, you can share exactly what you need.
